Focused on what ails you and its accomplices, modalities such as myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy and t-bars, deep tissue, some pointy elbows, and other fun modalities can be used to achieve the results you want. Due to being a focused massage, this is typically not a full body unless it's 90 minutes.
