Where We Are

Located in Lafayette, Colorado inside the Stone House Health building.

 

THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE PARKING LOT FROM BASELINE.

The best way to get to the parking behind the Stone House Health building is:

From Baseline, turn onto N. Carr Ave.

Turn left at the stop sign onto W. Geneseo St.

Turn left at the stop sign onto  N. Bermont Ave. 

Ahead of you, you will see the parking for the daycare center.

Turn right into the alley.

You will pass the new townhomes on your left. 

Immediately after the townhomes is the parking lot for Stone House Health.

It's a quaint white house with the business sign in the concrete parking lot.

DO NOT PARK IN THE GRAVEL PARKING LOT NEXT DOOR.

Enter the house from the backside. There is a waiting room as you enter.
