Frozen shoulder? Threw your back out? Need to reach an extra 1/4 inch for that 5.12 climb? Are you training for a race? Maybe that knee surgery left you all wonky? This is the session you want. Focused on what ails you and its accomplices, modalities such as myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy and t-bars, deep tissue, some pointy elbows, and other fun modalities can be used to achieve the results you want. Due to being a focused massage, this is typically not a full body unless it's 90 minutes.
